Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with any of our products that you purchase. However, below is our policy should you need to return an item.
Keep in mind that because our products contain natural ingredients, variations in color, scent, and/or texture from batch to batch is normal and to be expected.
We do not accept returns of soap. Please reach out to us if you have any issues with your soap order.
You may return other unopened and unused items within ten (10) days of purchase for a full refund. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item(s), we will issue a refund to your original form of payment as long as the item is unopened and not tampered with.
To initiate a return, please send an email to email@example.com. The email must include your order number, order date and item(s) you wish to return. We will respond with an approval to send your items back, at which point you may return your item(s).
