As a leave in conditioner: apply several drops to your palm (or directly to your scalp) and massage into scalp for a few minutes before working through hair strands.
As an oil treatment: apply a generous amount to scalp and hair from root to ends, cover and leave in for at least 30 minutes before washing and conditioning.
