Pour 2oz - 4 oz of soak into the included muslin bag and hang it from the faucet while warm water flows through. Alternatively, place the filled bag directly into the tub as the bath runs. Soak for at least 20 minutes to relax and enjoy the soothing botanical benefits. Avoid contact with eyes.
